Bad taste Went to this dealership with pre approval from capital one. Made it clear of what our monthly payments needs to be in the begin a mind also asked that Went to this dealership with pre approval from capital one. Made it clear of what our monthly payments needs to be in the begin a mind also asked that we didn’t have mult credit pulls done and we were assured that they wouldn’t do that. While waiting for them to come back with a decision mind you they never asked for the pre approval letter that we had theybran our credit mult times. And then came back and stared that the better deal would be to get us in a new car. After taking a new car for a ride we had expressed concerns as to is this going to fit in our budget and we were assured they would try and make it work. They came back with payment a double what we said our make was and when we got upset and I made statements that why did we waste time looking st a new car that was double to cost the salesmen stayed that we wasted his time as well. Not happy at all with the experience just be honest we wouldn’t have been upset if they had just said sorry we cannt make it work. Instead misleading and rude is what we got More

Horrible, Waste of Time, and Insulting WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH. I would give zero stars if this review would let me. Lets start at that. I never write reviews however when WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH. I would give zero stars if this review would let me. Lets start at that. I never write reviews however when you are $300 dollars off on a purchase and walk away you typically expect a call back the next day. As expected I did receive a call back and set up another appointment for the next day expecting to go in, split the middle and walk away with a new car. Well... 2 hours later on a Saturday afternoon that was not the case. The dealership would not honor the price that was given to me 2 days prior, or the interest rate, or pretty much ANYTHING that was discussed 48 hours ago. Wednesday we were told their best offer was $13,300 out the door including the docking. Saturday I walk in and say OK lets do $13,150 and I'll buy the car right now. Quite frankly I was probably going to do the $13,300 before losing the car over $150. Little did I know we would have to talk probably to 5 different sales reps that day. Each manager saying they couldn't do what we were told 2 days prior and this was a bad deal for them and they needed to sell the car for $14,000 plus a $286 docking fee. Wednesday they said I could finance for 3.1% Saturday they were at 5%. OH, and even though they said they weren't going to.. I see on Credit Karma they ran a hard inquiry on my credit which brought my score down 5 points even though I said we weren't going to finance through them if 5% was their approximate rate. Eventually after 2 hours a final manager came over to us and said something to the effect of "Clearly were not going to make a deal here so why don't you guys just get out... ". I basically got kicked out of a dealership that I was willing to spend $13,300 at. If I knew that 2 days later their price would go up $1,000 and their rates would go up 2% I probably would have bought the car for the $13,300 but I'm actually glad I didn't and they didn't get a penny of my money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I actually feel like I walked out of that place with a lower IQ on Saturday from listening to those sales reps who had no idea what they were talking about. Glad I am spending my money elsewhere. I would not suggest Kia of Dartmouth to anybody. More
