This place is the worst, I bought a new car over a month ago and still they have yet to give me the vehicles registration. I've called 8 times. And they just plain old suck. Do not buy from here. Whatever you do, don’t get your car towed here for service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if y service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if you tow it in it takes 6-8 weeks just to be SEEN. They don’t cover a rental for all that time. No appointment can be made apparently. Just they’ll get to you in a few months when they finally get to you. And that’s just to diagnose it. its a joke. More
