Whatever you do, don’t get your car towed here for service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if y service. My car stopped working due to engine recall, advised to take it to Kia. I was misinformed how long it would take to be seen, apparently if you tow it in it takes 6-8 weeks just to be SEEN. They don’t cover a rental for all that time. No appointment can be made apparently. Just they’ll get to you in a few months when they finally get to you. And that’s just to diagnose it. its a joke. More
