I did not feel rushed into a decision I was not comfortable with. I presented all of my options to them and they allowed me to test-drive and really think about the direction I wanted to go. Very friendly atmosphere. The owner was a great help as well. He and his sales staff truly have their customers best intentions at heart. There goal seems to be repeat business and referrals and they realize that top customer service is needed for this to happen and they operate that way. More

Great in all ways Excellent business. From working with Novy Foland on buying my first car to the service employees who have done simple oil changes to major work on m Excellent business. Novy does an excellent job of guiding people through the big process of buying a car whether they are experienced or brand new at it. He offers many different ideas that can allow anyone to leave happy and satisfied. You never feel like a customer for money; you feel like a person who's aspirations and dreams matter. Service workers are great to work with as well. I believe Ben Webb was who helped me and he did an excellent job. Never pushy with suggestions on further work. You never feel like you're being taken advantage of. Overall staff is great as well with everyone being friendly and offering assistance if they swing by the waiting lounge. Lauren Beckett being one of those people. If you need something, they will go out of their way to help. More
Great Service I received excellent customer service from Kia of Columbia. I do not live in there so when I called to express interest in the vehicle and make an ap I received excellent customer service from Kia of Columbia. I do not live in there so when I called to express interest in the vehicle and make an appointment, Ben Williams put together a very impressive video walking me through the vehicle and all its features. Not only did I get a great deal with Wayne Wright, but they completed some body work issues on the vehicle timely and professionally, just as promised. To top it off, they even fixed two other issues with the vehicle that I discovered AFTER I signed all the papers and brought it home that night. (The driver door hinge was sprung and would close on its own, and a plastic seat track cover was missing from the passenger seat.) They set me up with a loaner while the work was being done and made sure that it fit the needs of my family. When dropping off and picking up my new pre-owned vehicle, they helped me load and unload, and even brought the cars around into the service department so I would not have to go back out into the rain. While waiting with my two children, one of which is a two year old, the receptionist found some crayons and a coloring book to entertain my toddler. They were all very friendly, thoughtful, and considerate. It's the small touches that really put them above the other dealerships that I have experienced. Wayne and Paul went above and beyond to provide me with great service and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. More

The new owners are phenomenal at reaching to customers who might not be pleased with Sales or Service and as they say, "bend over backwards" to negotiate an amiable solution. I am such a customer and I can't recall an auto dealership trying so much to ensure that a customer is retained by positively meeting the customers needs. Great job in turning a negative experience into an overwhelming positive one by offering generous resolutions! Kudos! More
