Upon first arrival, we were greeted courteously by another salesman before we were introduced to our sales specialist, Novy. He patiently listened to our specifications and then led us to the perfect car. It was love at first site, and our plans changed from "just looking" to full fledged customers. Shout out to the sales manager, Keith, and the finance manager, Greg, for making this an awesome car buying experience. They were courteous, professional, and not pushy at all. We were surprised to find that he already had the exact vehicle equipped that we wanted and could afford waiting for us to drive. This was the best and most comfortable experience I've had in 60 years of vehicle purchases. The sale was followed by a first class visit to their Service Department to improve a couple of performance issues we preferred. I will recommend KIA OF COLUMBIA to anyone who asks. More
