Waste of Time First and foremost a KIA vehicle is a great product. I have had two and like them both a lot. Have dealt with KIA of Columbia now for 2 years. Quite u First and foremost a KIA vehicle is a great product. I have had two and like them both a lot. Have dealt with KIA of Columbia now for 2 years. Quite unhappy with their tendency to give misleading information that in the end wastes my time. I spoke with a sales rep today for hours in texts and on the phone. Thought we had an understanding. I drove an hour one way to meet with them tonight. When I got there the next sales manager looked at my information and in 10 minutes was able to tell me that what I wanted to try and do was not possible. I get that...but to have spent all day communicating with the first sales person and then waste an hour each way of my time tonight. I will not be doing business with them again in the future. I will find a new vehicle home. The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no zero. More
