Since then we've been using Kia Columbia for all the service work for my Soul and for my wife's 2013 Sedona. We always get in and out quickly, with great service. Mike Velasquez was exceptionally helpful for our last service visit. We had an oil leak in my wife's Sedona, which we were planning to drive to Florida the next day. Mike couldn't get the parts needed in time, but he offered to do the work while we were gone and to start the car every few days to keep the battery charged. He also went to the extra effort to verify the extended warranty I had bought from another dealer, getting it applied to this work, and saving me several hundred dollars. Great job, Mike! More
