Our Amazing salesman, Novy Foland, met us with kindness, patience, humor and a strong desire to match us perfectly with our needs. Mike, Charlie and Caleb worked diligently to secure our financing, all the while tending to our every need. They presented us with a Fabulous white KIA that is a Dream come true for us and a warranty package that is beyond Outstanding! As we prepared to depart KIA with our new car, we met Michelle, our Service Advisor who promptly scheduled our first oil change that worked best with our schedule. Although we presented some hurdles and payment restrictions, the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our every need. Service Went to have my 2017'kia forte service. It had a couple of recalls on that I didn't know about they took care of that without me having to come back. Went to have my 2017'kia forte service. A great experience I had messed up a wheel shortly after purchasing our car. There was no way I was going to "live" with it this early on. I called the service center an I had messed up a wheel shortly after purchasing our car. There was no way I was going to "live" with it this early on. I called the service center and spoke with Cole about suggestions for someone to fix it. He called "their" guy and had an appointment made for the end of the week!! I took it in at 8am and a great gal, who was filling in for the other person who was on vacation, took me home and around 1pm was in my driveway, ready to take me back to get my car. The wheel looked brand new, excellent job!! It turned out to be a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Cole was very professional and made sure the repair person would be there before I was taken home. Also, there was a recall on an electronic cluster that we didn't know about and they took care of that so we didn't have to make an extra appointment to get that taken care of. We LOVE our car and have been very impressed with Kia, Derek, Cole, and several others, that of course I don't remember their names. You are always greeted with a smile at the front desk and made feel welcomed. More
