Not sure it happened. Bought a 18 Kia Optima, had to bring car back for Xzilon and Diamond Fusion treatments. Not a big deal. Took the car in and when I got the car back Bought a 18 Kia Optima, had to bring car back for Xzilon and Diamond Fusion treatments. Not a big deal. Took the car in and when I got the car back about two hours later,. I could tell the windshield had been cleaned and treated. I could not tell if the interior had been treated. The exterior had not been touched I would have to assume that when you treat a paint job for protection you would have to clean the paint prior to treatment. The exterior of my car had not been touched. Dead bugs we're still on the grill and hood. Also noticed four or five paint chips on the hood that we're not there before I had only put about 200 miles on the car, not sure when they happens. This was my first time taking my car to them for service. Hope future service improves. More

Unhappy Not enough space to write my review. First of all I was there bright and early 8am nobody in line waiting and the service guys at the counter says th Not enough space to write my review. First of all I was there bright and early 8am nobody in line waiting and the service guys at the counter says that he couldn’t get me in until the afternoon. This is the only place that pretty much tells me that I HAVE to have an appointment just to get my oil changed. I’ve worked at KIA dealership for almost 2 years and not once did we ever refuse a customer that didn’t have an appointment. I’m never coming back to this place again. I’ll drive myself and my service somewhere else. I do not remember the person name that was there at this time More

Above expectations service I signed papers on an 2018 Kia Sorento. Blaze blue. LX package. The dealership located one in ND they were going to bring down for me, but over the we I signed papers on an 2018 Kia Sorento. Blaze blue. LX package. 18 Optima KIA Of Columbia was nice to deal with. They worked with me to get my payment where I wanted it. The Lifetime warranty was possibly the biggest selli KIA Of Columbia was nice to deal with.
