Poor service and poor follow up. Took car in for oil change that night oil leak in driveway never a problem before. Took car back to service center and was told it was only a loose o Took car in for oil change that night oil leak in driveway never a problem before. Took car back to service center and was told it was only a loose oil pan drain bolt they tightened it up and all was ok. Next oil change was done while having other service done at a different shop and I received a call asking if I knew about the thread tape and oversized washer on my drain plug, imagine my surprise upon hearing this. I told them it had leaked after the last change and "the tech looked at it and said it was just loose". Then when they went to put it back in it wouldn't tighten because the pan threads were stripped out and they had to put an oversized plug in it. Next step will be replacement of the oil pan and Kia service manager offered me a free oil change while they replaced the pan at my expense not theirs. They caused this issue not me why should I have to pay. Will never go here or suggest them ever again. More

Awesome experience! Coming inside the building felt impressive, with the beautiful sunlit lobby and the lingering smell of coffee. We knew we came to the right place. Joey was very helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to make the stressful decisions of buying a new car feel easy. Time flew by and after some great conversation and fueled by refreshments we were ready to drive home in a brand new Kia. The car itself is exactly what we wanted and more, getting more than expected miles to a gallon while being extremely comfortable-to the point where I no longer hate my commute home after work.
