Although, I was able to back out of the sale of the vehic Honestly, this should be rated as zero stars. I was sold a vehicle that was not inspected. Although, I was able to back out of the sale of the vehicle three days past the purchase, I am alarmed I was not only able to purchase said vehicle, but was allowed to drive a vehicle with a bad transmission AND a bulging tire. I was told prior to purchase the tire would be fixed and ASSUMED Kia had integrity and I trusted a dealership that boasts their pre-owned vehicles they sell would be in pristine condition. Unfortunately, the vehicle was still not serviced for the tire and cracked windshield three days later, so I researched the VIN number a bit more in depth and found that only a week before I purchased the vehicle, it was inspected by a local mechanic and found to have a bad transmission that needed to be replaced. The car was listed online as available, yet it seems that it was actually not inspected. I'm concerned that Kia allows anyone to drive pre-owned vehicles without checking for safety let allow a purchase of a vehicle stating that the pre-owned vehicles are in pristine condition. My life and my family's life should be worth more than a sale. More

I was scrolling through Facebook yesterday morning and saw an ad from Kia of Columbia. My Honda Pilot had 275,000 miles on it, the AC leaked all the freon out within half an hour of putting it in, and th saw an ad from Kia of Columbia. My Honda Pilot had 275,000 miles on it, the AC leaked all the freon out within half an hour of putting it in, and the key couldn't come out of the ignition because when you put it back in, you had to keep wiggling it for half an hour before it would turn. This also meant that I could not lock the car because of the safety features so every time I went into a store, I was afraid I would come out and it would be gone. The tires were literally bald. I sent a Facebook message and got an appointment for 2:00 p.m. Met with Brittany Derifield who asked what I was looking for and what payment was my max She showed me a Soul first which was too small for my needs, then a Mazda CX-5 which I loved. By 5 pm the papers were signed and I got my stuff from the Pilot and put it in the Mazda. HIGHLY recommend! More
