Salesman was fine. Management is either incompetent or dishonest. When we went back to the finance office (which took over an hour of waiting) we were in there for over Management is either incompetent or dishonest. We Explicitly told him we didn’t want any add ons. but after two hours of doing whatever he was doing he managed to slip in a coverage for blown tires. Didn’t explain it to us (Which explicitly goes against the contract), it was late we were tired, we were hungry, and we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE. We noticed the charge the next day, immediately called, got the paperwork to undo it, signed it sent it in. They told us itd be 30 days… Two months later and we still didn’t have the charge removed. We called several more times. Finally was told they would expidite it and it’d come off in 10 days. Well a month later it still hasn’t come off. they are intentionally misleading people and giving us the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. More

My son goes to school in Columbia, and being 1700 miles away, it is nice to know that there is a dealership out there that cares about its customers. I rate a ZERO! Service Mgr. Chris McQuegge is the biggest JERK. Has no business being in customer service!!! Was rude from the beginning. I asked why he was giving Service Mgr. I asked why he was giving me attitude when I was just trying to figure out what was going on. I even thanked him at the end of the conversation and his response was "YEP" and hung up on me! When I complained to Matthew (General Mgr.), he stated they get yelled at a lot. Well, no wonder! I can see him being rude if I was rude, but I wasn't rude! Told me they were trying to do us a favor! Doing your job is a favor? No communications between him and the techs! Left message after message with no response! Had to keep calling back. FORGET KIA! No way would I ever do business with such a corrupt company! They don't stand behind their word or their warranties because they know the vehicles are JUNK! Matthew also stated he has so many cars towed in a day that he doesn't have room for them! They have people on a waiting list for a rental car because they sell JUNK!!! Lesson learned! NEVER EVER AGAIN! So, if you are thinking about getting a KIA, I would think again. If you really want one, go to a different dealership! Their salesman maybe nice, but the service of KIA of Columbia sucks! More

Novy was excellent to deal with and very understanding of our time table. I was somewhat upset to receive a text from a manager basically asking why we didnt buy immediately, even though we'd explained our t our time table. If I didnt already have a knowledge of Novy, I very well might have walked away as it felt overly pushy to receive a text not even 12 hours after test driving the car, asking what went wrong and why we didnt buy. We bought this vehicle completely online from out of town. We drove up to Columbia, Missouri from Florida to pick up our new “to us” jeep. Our sales person Novi treated us great.
