From my experiance this dealership has NOT held up to any of the special offers yet. Plan on spending atleast 5 hrs to get any financing done. Absoluttly the most professional and most pleasant auto purchase experience that I have ever had. I have purchased or leased more than 54 vehicles previously. I have to say that Novy Foland more than exceeded my expections of purchasing a new car.I sent in a email to Kia of Columbia and within 5 minutes I received all call from Savannah from the Internet department. Within another 5 minutes Novy called me and I explained that I am 99 miles from Kia of Columbia and what my goal of purchasing a new 2025 Kia Soul to Novy were. He checked with his General Manager and called me right back with approval from his Manager. This procees was sooooo smooth!! When pulling in to the dealership the dealership the New Soul was sitting in front of the building washed -full tank of gas- and a new temporary tag already on the car. Novy and I finished the necessary paperwork and Robert the Business Manger was also great and considernet of my time as I explained to him that I usually purchase a new vehicle before the original factory warranty expires.And I so hope that I did not affect Robert's income in a negative way!!!! Novy has followed up with me by a text message a follow up Video ( VERY NICE) and also with a phone call. WHAT A VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONALLY!!!. Well I have to update this back down to 1 star. Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 a Would give less than 1 star if I could. This is due to the worst customer service I have experienced from the service department.. Bought a 2024 K5 and 2024 Telluride from them. Tried to get the oil changed in the K5 and the soonest they could get it in was over 2 months out. Even offered to leave it there all day. They did not care. The Telluride had several recalls including one that was a fire hazard. Again, 2 months out was the best they could do. At the time of both sales, they included 1 year of free maintenance which is basically 2 oil changes in 1 year. They would not honor that on either vehicle so don't fall for that scam like we did. They do offer Lyft rides and this morning right after I dropped it off, they called saying they had no record of free 1 year maintenance so I would have to pay for the oil change. The lady calling was not helpful at all. When I hung up, the Lyft driver said I was the 3rd person he picked up recently from Kia of Columbia that had the exact conversation about the 1 year of free maintenance with them! So if you are expecting to have great service because you bought a brand new vehicle from Kia of Columbia, you will be disappointed like us. They do not care about customers after the purchase. How does the saying go... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!! More
