I would not have driven an hour and a half to purchase the vehicle if I knew they were attempting to take advantage of customers. just because other dealerships are marking up vehicles does not make it right. be honest and upfront with your pricing so the customer knows what they're getting into do not tell them one thing and then show them something else. I had a Recall and Oil Change done. I came a little early. They took my car right back. They were friendly and came out to tell me about the wait time. Scam artists! Buyer beware!!! NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Zillions of bad reviews online! I knew they seemed shady but my current car was on its last leg and they gave me a decent trade amount. They hid $7k in extra costs on my new vehicle - I caught it an hour after I left the dealership. I went back and the salesman admitted to the error!! But the manager refused to correct it, and told me “get lost”. I have it all on video. Insane and I’m so angry and upset. I’m a single mom of 4 kids and I begged them to correct it bc it’s a lot of money to me. So angry with myself for trusting them. More
