I've purchased two cars from this dealership. Service is outstanding! Service person reviews your finished service and needs, then walks you to your car to make sure everything is good. My bigges Service is outstanding! Service person reviews your finished service and needs, then walks you to your car to make sure everything is good. My biggest Complaint is Total Lack of Communication in trying to Telephone the Service Department. 90% of the time I'm unable to make a phone connection with the Service Department. It was so bad that one day while on hold I actually drove to the Dealership while on Hold. More

Lots of changes going on there. Had to replace left fro t bearing due to someone there no replacing backing plate. The ordered the whole assemble and placed it on . I want to personally thank my 1st contact - Hannah (amazing internet sales associate) and her co-worker Becky (outstanding Product Specialist) for all their hard work, patience with answering all my questions and working so very hard to find our family the right car at the right price in a time with inventory at record lows. They were always very professional, a joy to interact with, never pressured me, honest & willing to go the extra mile which is extraordinary in today’s high pressure sales environment. I also appreciated the ability to handle almost all of the sale process via emails, texts & phone calls as this was more convenient for my schedule. Finalizing the sale was also an efficient, no pressure and pleasurable experience. Patrick (Finance Mgr) was very organized, calm, thoughtful and made the signing of all documents so easy with no pressure. Actually everyone at the dealership made my husband and I feel welcomed and appreciated.
