Absolutely the best sales team around. They were quick and easy to work with but very and extremely customer focused. Its not something you are used to shopping for a vehicle. Started looking for a Sorento, Jason was the internet contact. Very nice tried to come up with a vehicle to soot our payment we wanted. Really could not come up with a car we wanted to our liking at the payment we wanted. So we decided not to proceed because our 04 Sorento is paid for and in very good condition. Then we received a sales flyer online for a three day sale they were having. So out of curiosity we went down to look. Jason turned us over to another salesman James. Everything we looked at he said would not fit the payment we wanted. When ask about the sales he said "that was only on the high dollar models they can't sell. So we found an Optima demo we liked Loaded high end. Now we were turned over to Tommy really nice guy. after talking we decided to test drive SXL model. Tommy moved on and told James to get the car. After about five minuets James comes back and says to us "I have a nice SX model that would be great for your budget because it was $5000.00 less and did we know that the chrome wheels if chipped are about $800.00 a piece." Just because we wanted a certain payment and a good deal he ASSUMED we did not have the money to afford the SXL and treated us like we were second class citizens. Then when we decided to leave because the way we were treated Jason decided to proceed to tell us they were doing all they could to work with us and that we drove all the way there and we wasting our time if we left. Well number 1, we always go out to eat on Friday nights so we did not waste our time we had a good meal and went home. Second of all we make a very good living and could afford any car on that lot, we just choose to keep payments lower. More

The car they listed for sale was stated to have been inspected without any body damage. Prior to purchase I asked the salesperson to walk around the vehicle and inform me prior to driving out if there inspected without any body damage. Prior to purchase I asked the salesperson to walk around the vehicle and inform me prior to driving out if there were ANY issues with the car visually. He confirmed he had walked the vehicle and that there were no issues. The front hood was dented with numerous scratches around the vehicle. Additionally they stated they performed a thorough inspection and that the car was good to go. Upon taking it for inspection there was a leaky shoch that they never disclosed and certainly knew about. They were not friendly... smiling when you lie is not friendly. I would NEVER trust them for anything again! More
Called this dealer to get a price of a used sedona, filled out papers for pre approval. Explained my credit situation to the salesman over the phone, also told him the max payment I wanted. They told me to come down and I could keep the van over night to see how we liked it. When I got there they showed me a dodge mini van, it was 2 yrs newer than the one I came to look at. I started looking at this van and was pretty sure I would not be able to afford it, the salesman and his manager both said "the numbers should be really close". So I took the van home and drove it for the day. I really liked it. I called James in the morning and asked him about buyin the van. I again told him I didn't think we could afford this. I also told him I didn't want to waste anyone's time if I can't get it. He told me that it was almost sure I could get it for the payment I needed. I go all the way back to bring the van and sign the papers to make it mine, I have my 3 children and husband with me and wait in the office for 45 min and then James come back with news from the bank. $200 more a month then I told him I could afford, and I couldn't have the van I drove home. This was the price of a Chrysler that was 2 yrs older than the dodge I really liked. When I expressed my disappointment about the price jump he never came back with another number just said that's the best we can do. I repeatedly asked him about the payments working and also expressed that I didn't want to bring my husband and kids down if we couldn't get the van, James showed no reguard to my families time and really wasn't helpful. When I told him I could not afford to make those payments he then started to point out things wrong with my current van. And that it would cost how much to fix those things. He's the thing if I can only afford $250 a month and your trying to get me to pay $450 a month, that's $200 a month that I don't have. Where am I supposed to get it from?!?!?!? I don't hunk pointing out the problems with my current van helped the situation. They just made me upset that someone would stoop so low to hit you while your down. More

I negotiated a price over the phone with Al Demskey on a specific vehicle matching a price quote from another dealer. When I went to purchase the vehicle, Tommy Iannicelli refused to sell me the vehicle at specific vehicle matching a price quote from another dealer. When I went to purchase the vehicle, Tommy Iannicelli refused to sell me the vehicle at the negotiated price and tried to sell me an identical vehicle at a much higher price. I went and purchase the vehicle from the other dealer at his original price quote. Avoid this dealership. They are extremely high pressure and dishonest. Go somewhere else. You'll pay less and be treated much better. More
