Our buying experience here, although in hindsight we do not feel we got the best deal, was very nice. Our sales person was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, our service experience has been spoiled by some of the typical dealership type responses that cause people to bring their cars elsewhere for service. We purchased the Jim Sipala care package for lifetime oil changes, tire replacement, inspections, etc. When it has come to our tires (the largest expense for Kia of Coatesville that comes with the JIm Sipala package) we have gotten every excuse in the book as to why they can't replace the tires. Our treads have been miraculously reading the same 4/32" for months and months, and now we are being told that unless we pay for the 60k service, they can't replace the tires. Understanding the need for regular service which we have kept up with to this point, when buying the lifetime package, there is no preset schedule as to when tires would be needed and to hold their replacement hostage due to a timely service interval is completely unfair. This is the precise reason people regret bringing their cars to dealerships for service and the precise reason I am embarrassed that I fell for the Jim Sipala lifetime package. More

I bought a 2010 kia forte sx brand new...Worked great for the first couple of months and then started having horn issues.. Took it in to the dealership and they wouldn't do anything since the horn worked for the first couple of months and then started having horn issues.. Took it in to the dealership and they wouldn't do anything since the horn worked for them...The moment I drove away it started acting up again...Took it back again and it quit working for them, so they kept it for four days and still didn't fix it.... Spoke to the manager about the issue and he told me to trade it in and buy a new kia...Are they crazy!!!!!!!! Why would I go through this again....They told me it must have been a defected horn.....So fix this issue then.....I will NEVER EVER buy another kia forte from Coatesville Kia.... More
We love this dealership! It's not like being "sold" something but rather explained about a car. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly as well as patient. While waiting for their showroom to be completed, they are working out of a large trailer and still there is no lack of customers, including families, filing in the door. New showroom will be ready in about a week. They have a large stock of cars to choose from. Safety is important in a car and this is one of the best. We would go back there in the future and hope the same group of cheerful people are still working there. More

My husband got his Kia optima a few months ago from Darrell. When my car needed to be traded. I told my husband to call his guy Darrell. We went back and got a new Kia Forte. I looked at a Rio firs Darrell. When my car needed to be traded. I told my husband to call his guy Darrell. We went back and got a new Kia Forte. I looked at a Rio first because I saw a 5 door, but I likes the focus better. Darrell asked us many questions about what we wanted in a car. I told him I liked the forte but wanted a hatch. He said no problem we will find one. He did find one and let us take a drive. He also took the time to explain all the cool stuff the car had. I was very impressed. He talked to us about price and where we wanted to keep our payments. He said he would do what he could to get us there. He and the finance staff got us $30 less than we expected It was a great experience over all and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Darrell More
