Sharif Aly is great! I would highly recommend working with.. Sharif was amazing to work with! Right when you sit at his desk, you can tell he cares about family a lot. He has pictures of his wife and daughter nicely sitting in plain sight and he proudly keeps a picture book of his newly born daughter. These details are all important because he treats you like family. He goes out of his way to make sure your experience is a good one. He worked with me to make sure i got the best deal and therefore kept the most money in my pocket. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in Kia's anywhere within 500 miles.... I kid, but seriously, he made the whole experience great! More
Wonderful Experience I didn't plan to purchase a new car. My sister purchased her KIA Optima from Sharif Aly and she recommended him to talk about deals on the 2014 cars. The most nicest person ever to sell cars but it was Sharif personal touch as a family man and a team leader and player. It was a joy to buy a car from Sharif and to move the process along quickly so you can enjoy your new car and get it on the road. Thank you Sharif for your help, time and expertise. More

After contacting the dealership regarding a vehicle that we had seen online, he replied immediately. Dan really went out of his way to coordinate details and streamline the process. He made sure that we knew what to expect and what was necessary for the deal, we discussed the options and he was incredibly helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional and the finance guys really worked to get us a great deal. We left with the car we wanted for the price we wanted, with a payment that was less than we had discussed and planned for. It was, hands down, the best experience we have ever had in a dealership. I worked with Jason Brandt and Darrell Peterson to purchase my new vehicle. Jason was extremely helpful with my unique situation regarding my damaged vehicle and his knowledge of how to title and insurance my salvaged vehicle. The experience was pleasant, financing was expedited smoothly and so much easier than I anticipated it would be. Every single staff member greeted us with smiles and hellos and are friendly and courteous and humorous, which made my experience FUN, also! I was impressed my how knowledgeable and informative each and every staff member was! I would recommend your dealership to any one looking for new or used vehicle. Thanks! I love my new Kia Soul! Paige was great and she didn't pretend to know anything. If she didn't know she asked someone else. They all worked together very well in there and made sure they helped me find what I was looking for. Very Positive visit and I walked away with a new car :) More
Our buying experience here, although in hindsight we do not feel we got the best deal, was very nice. Our sales person was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, our service experience has been spoiled by some of the typical dealership type responses that cause people to bring their cars elsewhere for service. We purchased the Jim Sipala care package for lifetime oil changes, tire replacement, inspections, etc. When it has come to our tires (the largest expense for Kia of Coatesville that comes with the JIm Sipala package) we have gotten every excuse in the book as to why they can't replace the tires. Our treads have been miraculously reading the same 4/32" for months and months, and now we are being told that unless we pay for the 60k service, they can't replace the tires. Understanding the need for regular service which we have kept up with to this point, when buying the lifetime package, there is no preset schedule as to when tires would be needed and to hold their replacement hostage due to a timely service interval is completely unfair. This is the precise reason people regret bringing their cars to dealerships for service and the precise reason I am embarrassed that I fell for the Jim Sipala lifetime package. More
