Me in a Kia?!?! NEVER!!! Never say never. My 10 year old Honda was needing new brakes and tires so it was time to go car shopping to find a possible replacements... Of course another Accord was the most likely choice but we drove VW and Toyota as well.. on a whim we stopped by Kia of Coatesville just to see what the Optima drove like.. frankly it was on a whim as I would never find myself driving a Kia....Kia? Are you kidding me? Well.. we test drove a 2014 Optima... and went no where else. The care is fantastically loaded with more than I could dream of.. (heated steering wheel??? seriously?), drives like a dream (I didn't know that driving could be pleasurable) and it looks sharp and the warranty is unmatched. I couldn't be any prouder of a car and my family laughs at me for getting it washed every week. Sharif Aly, Jim Sipala himself, Tommy and the whole gang were so easy to deal with...in fact I felt like I was bothering THEM with questions! I'm now a walking, talking advertisment for Kia and my friends and co-workers are sick of me talking about the car! Go down there now! Buy a Kia... Buy 2! More

Dave was new, but he was attentive, helpful and extremely polite. We can be very rough to deal with, but Dave handled it beautifully. I have extensive training in customer service, and the number one way to treat customers right is to exceed their expectations!! Sharif Aly presented himself and Kia in a personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable way that impressed me highly! I feel thrilled driving my new Kia Soul! I feel doubly joyful knowing I was treated with kindness and respect, and an upbeat enthusiasm in Sharif that is contagious! This man is doing something he loves and believes in! I never felt pressured: rather, I felt well-informed and his welcoming treatment left me with a fresh dose of self-respect. INCREDIBLE CREDIT – My car with 205,000 miles broke down one week into a new job. Transportation became a serious crisis, because I live an hour from my job. My need for a car to keep my job was an emergency. My previously-good credit was marred after long term unemployment in the past. As if that wasn’t difficult enough, I just started my new job. Sharif didn’t put up road blocks – instead, he knocked them down, one by one, until the moment came when I felt like I was walking on water, or rolling as the case may be! This is my miracle car, and even the used car dealerships were shaking their heads no at my credit situation. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS – The Kia Soul is adorable, and I girlified mine right away with hot pink, fuzzy car seat covers! Once again, the Kia has exceeded my expectations! Do you know why the banks will take a second look at questionable credit like mine? Because their cars carry a 10 year drive train warranty and a 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty against manufacture defects! What peace of mind! And, no, I am not being paid to write this glowing review! I feel wowed out! SERIOUS SIRIUS – Further, the Kia has amazing safety features, such as an insulation pad connected to the inside of the hood, that drops in case of an engine fire, after the connectors melt! Inside is the good stuff: an onboard computer that syncs to the Bluetooth on my phone; plays Sirius radio, has a touch screen, and has a back-up camera! This Kia dealership in Coatesville is far above average, and I feel happy I found them when I was in need of reliable transportation! I look forward to driving my Kia Soul for many years to come! In my opinion they are engineered produced well and a very good value. They have one of the best warranties in the industry. What I don't like is car shopping bit I needed a car I bit the bullet and started my research. I knew I wanted a Kia, I didn't what model and what dealership. I started my research online and found a car in stock that looked appealing. I emailed the dealer on a Sunday night. I was promptly contacted by a salesperson from Kia of Coatesville. We exchanged an email and agreed on a time to talk on the phone. The salesperson I worked with is Josue "Sway" Concepcion. Sway and I had a discussion about what I was looking for both in a vesicle and in a dealership. I was impressed with my phone conversation with Sway. It was straightforward with being overbearing or pushy. We set up a time to meet. Upon meeting Sway I found him to be very personable, a good listener, and very knowledgeable on the Kia products. The car I was interested in was a 2014 Forte Coup. Sway should me a particular car that all the features that I wanted. He reviewed all the car's features thoroughly and in a well laid fashion that was very understandable. After reviewing the vehicle I pretty much knew it was the one I wanted. Next came the financial part. I explained what I was looking for financially and Sway reviewed all my options in a clear direct fashion. Sway took my information and worked with Tommy Lannicelli. The bottom line is we arrived at figure that more than meet my expectations. Once the financial paperwork was completed I reviewed with Tommy. I had decided on a lease. Tommy's review of the lease brought out some benefits of leasing that I was not aware of. He explained everything very clearly. Overall my car buying experience was excellent. I would feel 100% comfortable recommending both the dealership, Sway, and Tommy to both my friends and family. More

I had the best salesman Sharif Aly who answered everything I had to ask. He described the KIA Forte, which I was interested in, inside and out. He was what made it such a great and easy experience and decision to buy the car. He is a very comfortable, relaxing, and a very professional person to deal with, which sold me. He also helped me deal with KIA's great financial services, which whome I dealt with Tommy Iannicelli, who was also very comfortable and easy to talk to. He answering any question I needed in perfect detail. From this experience I now know, with out a shadow of a doubt, that there is no other dealer or there two employees I will ever deal with. Like getting more house for less money I originally looked at a Toyota prius was looking for fuel economy since I do a lot of travel for work. I am a single working mom and was looking for a safe dependable car but also something within my budget, needless to say my friend suggested we stop and look at the KIA dealer. I agreed and down the road we went. I was greeted by Sharif Aly and he walked us through the lot. I was in disbelief at the features that came standard with these cars for the same price of the other car which I had already forgotten about. I took the KIA Soul for a test drive and at this point it was a no brainer I was SOLD!! He showed me how to work the blue tooth and sync my phone and the 5 star safety rating was perfect to take my babies safely to and from . Within a few hours of stepping foot on that lot I drove my new car home and couldn't be happier. Thank You KIA of Coatesville!! More

The reason I choose Kia was this car manufacturer has a amazing warranty and a really nice selection of vehicles to choose from. Being as that I do not have a ton of money to spend on a car payment this car was really the best bang for my buck. I have never been so impressed with the quality of service I had received from everyone at this location. The staff was so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I know that all dealerships say that they will do this for their customer but this truly was off the charts. I had gone through a divorce and thought buying a new car was not going to happen with credit and that been through the ringer. But they worked their magic to do whatever they could to get me into the car I really wanted. I literally drove home that day in my new car. I have had some questions about the car since I bought it and every time I call to speak to anyone and I mean anyone I receive a level of understanding and willingness to answer any question I may have. When they say "no question is a stupid question" they stand by that. I do not normally write reviews because I think that it is a waste of time but if anyone reads this please know I was so impressed I felt compelled to take the time to do this. Also I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!! It is fanatic to drive, has a nice ride, is roomy and my kids love it too. More

I am so happy with my car, and Kia, then when my fiancé, started making the decision to look at cars, it wasn't a tough choice. He had already been driving it, and he loved it. So a couple of months before the decision to buy, we went down to look around, and Sharif Aly greeted us, and began chatting. He was very warm, and friendly. We weren't there to buy that day, so he was very nice, but not pushy, we liked that. He exchanged numbers with my fiancé, and would call him from time to time ,by the he was ready to buy, which was only within 60 days , we felt comfortable with Sharif, and he made buying a car fun......through all the paperwork, and long conversation, he made it easy to understand, was very pleasant, and patient with all our questions, and made the process very simple for my fiancé, who is a first time buyer.
