We had walked in and immediately was greeted by very a very nice man named Sharif Aly. He listened to what we were looking for. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman. After looking at a couple options we decided on a 2013 Kia Soul. It was exactly what we were looking for and you couldn't beat the price. Everyone was so friendly and so informative. My daughter even got her wish, she got to meet Jim in person. She even got a selfy with him. So the entire family had a great time. I would highly recommend Jim Sipala's car dealership. New family car!!! I have been looking for a new car for months and was upside down in my vehicle so I got discouraged that I couldn't find anything. I went to sharif an I have been looking for a new car for months and was upside down in my vehicle so I got discouraged that I couldn't find anything. I went to sharif and he did Everything to make Sure I left with what I wanted!! I also went 9 and half months pregnant and the whole staff was great and accommodating! We drove 50 miles to this specific dealership for the awesome service! You won't be sorry : ) now I have my new car just in time For my baby to arrive! More

His commitment to providing superior customer service is outstanding. Dave is a very knowledgeable salesperson. His friendly and professional demeanor made us feel very comfortable. Dave answered all of our questions without any hesitation. He took the time to thoroughly go over the vehicle with us and explained the many features to us. We never felt pressured. Purchasing a vehicle can be a little intimating and overwhelming. Dave will make you feel relaxed and at ease. Robert Poindexter the finance director is also a pleasure to work with. Robert makes you feel at home. Robert fully explains the terms of your loan with you and leaves you smiling and excited with your purchase. Clay is great as well. Clay will work on getting your loan approved and does so with a big smile. Sometimes we don't recognize those that are "behind the scenes" working the deals with the banks. The dealership is very clean and well organized. All of the employees are very friendly and approachable. Kia of Coatesville goes above and beyond for you. You will leave there with a feeling like they are part of your family. We did drive a bit of distance as there are other Kia dealers that are much closer to us. However, those other dealers do not have the integrity as Kia of Coatesville. We know this because we went to the local dealership first. If you have any doubts, stop by and see for yourself....you won't regret it. More

Both are very professional, friendly and down to earth. Andrew answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) without any pressure whatsoever. Both Andrew and Clay gave us hope when others didn't. They listened to our needs and created the best scenario for us, again, without any pressure at all. Clay suggested trying out the Optima overnight and to my surprise I loved it! Coming out of my Sorento into the Optima was such a smooth transaction. The dealership is very clean. All of the employees are friendly, courteous and professional. The paperwork process was very fast. Rob is great at doing paperwork! He explained our terms very well and made us feel comfortable with our decision. Kia of Coatesville went above and beyond for us. We will certainly tell family and friends about our experience. Two thumbs up!!!!! More

Fair and Honest It can be intimidating to be a single woman buying a car. I consider myself intelligent, but I am a little out of my comfort zone in a car dealership. I was very anxious until I arrived at Kia of Coatesville and met with my salesman, Sharif, and realized that he was genuinely interested in what type of vehicle I needed and wanted, and could afford. I was treated with kindness and respect, and got a terrific deal as well. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, with the confidence that they will be treated as fairly as I was. More

Great Experience! I was looking into the Optima's for quite some time and wanted to take my time and research before I bought. After due diligence I knew the Optima was I was looking into the Optima's for quite some time and wanted to take my time and research before I bought. After due diligence I knew the Optima was a no-brainer compared to the competition. I inquired about an Optima online and was instantly contacted by Sharif Aly within a minute! Right from the bat he was energetic and very professional. He pretty much narrowed down what I was looking for and told me he had my Optima in stock and quite a few other options as far as pre-owned. I asked Sharif what was the best possible deal on an Optima was and his response was," I wouldn't be able to tell you that until we narrow down the EXACT OPTIMA EX and figure out what it is you qualify for, anything I quote you over the phone would pretty much be a lie, when can you come in?" It wasn't the answer I was looking for. So I took a different route and went to two different Kia stores in the local area after receiving some out-of-this-world quotes via email. Too good to be true quotes. Sharif was right. I wasted 2 days being lied to about price and jerked around on Optima's I wasn't interested in. I decided to call Sharif and give him my last chance. He called me to follow up before I could even call him! So we set up a time meet the following day. I was greeted by Sharif at the door and right outside he had the Black Optima EX I wanted out front all clean and shiny! He took about 20 minutes to show me every feature and explain how everything works in the Optima! (Very Impressive, the other dealerships didn't go over the car at all with me!) His passion and energy alone while demonstrating the Optima made me want to buy it right there and then. We drove the Optima and came back to the dealership where he introduced me to his service department and his service manager. Everybody was so friendly, there was a great vibe in that showroom :) We sat down at Sharif's desk where he proudly presents pictures of his family and a neat little book containing information about the Dealership and Kia's in general. Sharif already had a folder with all my information ready to go, he confirmed everything we talked about finance wise and said he needed a couple of minutes to talk to his manager. Sharif came back with a couple different options...finance AND lease. Never thought about leasing, didn't know much about leasing. After explaining it to me thoroughly and answering my thousands of questions...I was shaking his hand over a FANTASTIC lease agreement!! The Sales Manager Clay, came out to congratulate me and make sure I was satisfied and that I had no questions about my new lease! With all that being said, Sharif will always be my go-to car guy. It's nice knowing that he has been there for a couple of years and hopefully will be there when I return to buy my wife a car! Awesome experience with an honest guy...I couldn't be any happier!
