I love a passionate employee I only went to this dealership to see the Kia Soul and had no intention of buying from this dealership, as I thought I had a better offer from another I only went to this dealership to see the Kia Soul and had no intention of buying from this dealership, as I thought I had a better offer from another dealership out of state. Sharif brought us right in and made us comfortable while he fetched Dan. What struck me while I was waiting was that it was obvious Sharif was passionate about his family! Long story shortened, we told him why we were there, (NOT to buy a car) and what we were looking for. He skillfully and patiently told me everything I needed to know. OUTCOME? My hubby and I left Kia of Coatesville with a 2015 Kia Soul with everything I wanted. I enjoyed my "Car buying experience" A Lot! I was So nervous about buying a vehicle, because I knew that I did not have good credit and I was terrified of Debit!! I was So Pleased with how nice and friendly he was, never Forcing my hand in either direction, rather just allowing me to comfortably test drive All vehicles I wanted to possibly buy. After I decided on which vehicle I wanted, we sat down and my stomach was in knots! I didn't think I would Actually be able to buy this car, but after speaking with Tom Burrow (The Sales Manager) and realizing he was Truly looking out for me and Not trying to give me payments I couldn't afford....
