Even after I had problems with my insurance company and a few other things, Sharif and the rest helped me resolve everything and worked with me to make sure I got my vehicle that day. It went much longer than I expected, but not by their fault, and they stayed as amicable and accomodating as when I first walked in throughout the whole process. Jim, the owner, came by and talked to me and made sure I was informed about everything, and I saw him at every desk, talking with every customer in there and shaking hands.
