This place sucks Never again will I go to this dealership. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. After being there for 7 hours, I asked Jim for some help so that I could get out of there. He pushed me off and said I will just have to wait. Regardless, it was a saturday, but no one should be there on a saturday for 7 hours. Jim wasnt even helping anyone out, he was just smoking cigarettes outside. I ended up buying a Jeep at Jeff Dambrosio in Downingtown. Real glad I went there, the customer service was amazing, got to meet Jeff Dambrosio who is an amazing guy. Everyone is so friendly at that place. More

Never will I go near this place I had a warranty problem, they installed the timing belt backwards, broke 22 parts before I could get to another dealer that knew how to fix my Forte. Sharif took the time to explain things to us as far as how to improve our credit. He was always insisting that we could reach out to him if we had more questions later on. The process of buying a car is long and I was feeling defeated. I was feeling like things aren't going to work out for us, but Sharif kept making sure that we were okay by asking are we okay and saying things will work out for us. And they did!! We ended up in a 2016 Kia Optima in a sangria color!! Sharif went above and beyond his duty to help us and everything he did was greatly appreciated. We will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle and Sharif will be the man to see! More
