Sharif took the time to explain things to us as far as how to improve our credit. He was always insisting that we could reach out to him if we had more questions later on. The process of buying a car is long and I was feeling defeated. I was feeling like things aren't going to work out for us, but Sharif kept making sure that we were okay by asking are we okay and saying things will work out for us. And they did!! We ended up in a 2016 Kia Optima in a sangria color!! Sharif went above and beyond his duty to help us and everything he did was greatly appreciated.
