Waste of time After a week of emails and texts I had an appointment to the Jim Sipalas in Coatesville, was sent a text by the salesman I had been corresponding with After a week of emails and texts I had an appointment to the Jim Sipalas in Coatesville, was sent a text by the salesman I had been corresponding with asking if we could push back the time and that was fine. When I do arrive I shake hands with James and then pushed off onto another salesman, who was friendly but was new. I had already filled out a credit application before going there, had spoke to a financial Manager on the phone stating I was pre qualified and asked what type of car I'm interested in, however, upon arrival I am once again filling out a credit application only to be told that I need a big down payment, never being told the exact amount and told to have a nice day, as if to say I cannot afford the down payment and I wasn't worth anymore of their time. Why bother filling out two credit applications when I had already done one, why waste my time if I wasn't qualified?? Oh and I never again spoke to James while there, nor even seen or spoken to Austin one of the financial guys. Bottom line made me feel like I was not good enough to be in their dealership. Even when I do get my credit straightened out and can get into a new car it will not be here. More

That's customer service??? Not going to mention the salesmans name because he's doin what he's been told to do. The nightmare ends. Kia's are great cars but. The service department so bad that I traded my car that I planned to keep for 10 years and then give it to someone in need Kia's are great cars but. Yes, I know about kia resale value before getting into one The complaints are as follows. Constant upselling of expensive unnecessary services. Then the lack of knowing who is working on your car. The final complain is seemingly lack of well-trained staff. Waits are to long for simple services and the quality of work is questionable. If you want a kia when buy one. They are really good cars, but take it somewhere else for servicing. P.S they root through your glove box without your promotion. I caught them twice. More

However Sharif not only worked with my score he always dealt with my crazy work schedule. He kept in touch with me through the whole process and didn't give up at all until he found me a car. I recommend all my friends to go to this dealership and see Sharif every moment cars are mentioned in a conversation. I couldn't thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication he has for his job and his costumer so. He truly make all you feel like family. More
