Worst experience ever. Extremely poor customer service. Almost sold me the wrong car. Then I waited weeks for the right car to show up. If I didn’t call to ask for updates on my car status no one reached out to me. I plan to buy another vehicle next year but not from Cherry Hill. I won’t even go back for my “free” oil change. Got a letter for recall, it was the trunk lock. While the car was in the shop they took out ventilation filter and said I needed a new one. $70 later and I was not happy because I let them talk me While the car was in the shop they took out ventilation filter and said I needed a new one. $70 later and I was not happy because I let them talk me into it. I had just had an oil change and everything was fine. It’s not right for you to lure customers in for a recall and try to talk them into getting other work done. I never had that happen before with any other dealers. I will not be coming back !!! I’m so disappointed in Kia 😠 More
