Deceptive pricing Spoke to the Internet Manager about an instock Telluride. He told me that Kia of Cherry Hiill pricing was competitive with other Kia dealers. He advised me to stop in and perhaps we could negotiate a deal. I drove there on 8/8/19 and was greeted by the floor Manager. He told me that all Tellurides are $3K-$5K over MSRP. I explained to him that I spoke to the Internet Manager about special pricing. He said that doesn't matter. I also had a brief conversation with the Sales Manager. He was extremely arrogant. I understand that Tellurides are currently in short supply. However the inventory will enventually catch up to demand. Kia of Cherry Hill will never catch it's respect back to the buying public again! Doesn't seem like a good place to do business! More

Spiritoso we were able to tarde in our old Rio (that served us well) and purchase a Brand New Kia Forte. Our choice without pressure and very satisfied with all the folks at Kia of Cherry Hill. I got 4 cars from here since 2013, and they Still Treat me like S*it. my last 2 cars were leased, knowing i change cars every 2 years they still pu I got 4 cars from here since 2013, and they Still Treat me like S*it. my last 2 cars were leased, knowing i change cars every 2 years they still put me in a 4 year lease so now im upside down in my car because of the penelties they added for changing the lease in 2 years "Twice", they never offerd me a 2 year lease. last time I was there, I was intrested in a K900, Thats when i found out how upside down I was. The sales man suggested I lease the K900 first "Then" just surrender The Sorento (R8). I was "good to go" on the K900 then somthing said "RUN"!! and I did, never to return. Update, I Just bought a 2019 KIA at Scott Kia, Do yourself a favor "go there" More

The lot is too small for the amount of traffic and cars. The detail shop is a dumpy old garage and they coated the interior with some kind of oily detailer that left hair and fuzz throughout the car. And left your hands greasy. The inside of the show room could use a freshening also. That aside the experience was good as far as buying a car goes. Our sales person was very nice and not pushy. The finance guy was ok typical of a car dealership..take him with a grain of salt. No negotiating on price and the cpo was an additional 2k. I didnt see that in the disclaimer on the website but typical of a car dealership. All in all a good experience. Excellent salesperson in Amber, finance manager eh..and the manager of the paperwork at the end of the sale was excellent, I dont remember her name. More
