Response from Von Chreiman was saying that it took 3weeks for me to figure this out? Instead of saying thank you for correcting this , this is his response. I don’t answer the phone if I don’t recognize the number. This man isn’t what I would expect from someone that is in contact with the paying public. Buyer Beware My daughter bought a preowned certified Kia here on Labor Day. The salesman was nice and so was the staff. The rain guard was broken and we were assur My daughter bought a preowned certified Kia here on Labor Day. The salesman was nice and so was the staff. The rain guard was broken and we were assured they would replace it at no charge. That didn't happen. The salesman forgot to order it. Two weeks after the purchase she starting having some issues with the vehicle bucking and also the tire pressure sensor went came on. She took it back and was told to use better gas. I thought WaWa was a decent gas, but according to the service department it is not. They also added air to her tire to fix the tire pressure sensor. Three days later the tire pressure sensor came on and it was clear she was loosing air. She took it back to the service department and was told they had to replace the plug in the tire. So wait they sold my daughter a pre-owned certified Kia with a compromised tire! Two days later the tire sensor came back on. Upon inspecting the tire I found not one plug but 2 plugs in the tire. One next to the sidewall of the tire which according to industry guidelines this is an unsafe and dangerous thing to do. Not only should a tire not be plugged in more than one place, but next to the sidewall is an accident waiting to happen! The service manager told her he could replace the tire for $148.00. So, they are willing to have her purchase a tire because they sold her a car with a defective tire. The logic behind that I just can't understand. I contacted the salesman and the manager and I was told they would look for the same size tire that had been taken off another car and replace it. Well that has been over a week!!!! When I sent a text to the salesman he told me he hasn't had a chance to look because he was busy with customers. Isn't my daughter a customer?????? She bought a car from you! I had intentions of purchasing a new car from Cherry Hill Kia until this came up! I am very happy I did not purchase a car from them!!! More

Thank you Kia of Cherry Hill! We were looking for a vehicle and went to this dealer to inquire and test drive. The vehicle we were interested in had the price and features listed We were looking for a vehicle and went to this dealer to inquire and test drive. The vehicle we were interested in had the price and features listed on the sticker as is usual. We discussed the pricing briefly with our salesperson, met the dealer manager, and agreed to return the next day to discuss pricing and financing options. When we returned the following day, they had completely different pricing printed out with a roughly $4,000+ mark-up from the sticker that was on the vehicle on the lot the day before. I know this type of scam is called something but I will not state it here. Needless to say, we walked away--and a week later, found a phenomenal dealership with straightforward pricing, and purchased our car. If a dealership is including additional dealer mark-ups and selling above MSRP, it should be listed on the sticker of the car--not one price outside in the lot and a completely different price inside the door of the dealership once they know you are interested. More
