They were most kind and fit me in for my first service the day they were MOST swamped, but best for me. I was going on a long road trip and was concerned about my car needed to have it's very first servi the day they were MOST swamped, but best for me. Disgraceful, unethical, lying behavior by salesperson; this dealership plays games from low balling you on a trade in value to secretly inserting GAP in your financing. They are unknowledgeable, surreptit this dealership plays games from low balling you on a trade in value to secretly inserting GAP in your financing. They are unknowledgeable, surreptitious, and unethical and untruthful, especially with the KIA CPO checklist. I have filed a formal complaint with KIA as no one there cares about doing anything to rectify my situation. Buyer beware: buy a Kia, as they are great vehicles, but DO NOT BUY HERE. More
