From beginning to end my experience was pleasant. Jim my salesman was excellent, Tracy has a great personality and guided me thru the tedious task of completing the endless paperwork. Ryan whocovered for J salesman was excellent, Tracy has a great personality and guided me thru the tedious task of completing the endless paperwork. Ryan whocovered for Jim when I picked up the car was extremely friendly and patient showing me all the features of the Sportage. Overall would definitely give the dealership an A rating. More

The only thing that was a problem is that they told me I needed normal service when they called to tell me my car was ready, although I had asked earlier.
