Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, it's not unusual to make a 2nd trip for a recall. Kia will not allow us to order parts in advance for recalls due to the shortages. We have to see the vehicle and confirm that the recall parts are actually needed and then we can order the part. It's not by our choice, but it's what we have to work with right now. We are working on improving our communication with our guests.

Hello Jean, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We have a fleet of over 90 loaners, but due to parts shortages, more and more customers are staying in loaners for longer periods of time. We would add more units to the fleet, but we don't have any new car inventory. We are working off a waiting list for loaners. There is no excuse for the poor communication.
