It is a moot point at this time to repeat commenting on my experience with this Kia of Bowie dealership. Very slow service with little to no customer service considerations. Called to arrange appointment and was told replacement would be covered. From the moment I stepped in for my appointment I was greeted and treated with top notch service. Charles was a great advisor, translated the recommendations to non mechanical terms, promptly gave the sh greeted and treated with top notch service. I have to also acknowledge that Charles also worked with me for coupons I found and my warranty to make sure I was happy as a customer. Stellar service! I even had transportation from Kia (who partners with Lyft) back to the dealership. The dealer sent me text on the status of my car, services that needed immediate attention. Even when I called to check on the status any of the advisors I spoke to were knowledgable and kind. I would offer to review the not so critical recommendations with the customer and timeframe to get it done so the customer can prepare going forward. My car is running smooth and I am pleased with the service. I would highly recommend this dealer for service. More
