My experience With KIA MOTORS OF Bowie was appaling! The motor of my 2019 SOUL blew out in 2021. It sat in their garage for months before I was told a replacement wasn't available, so the car sat in my The motor of my 2019 SOUL blew out in 2021. It sat in their garage for months before I was told a replacement wasn't available, so the car sat in my yard for almost 2 years. In that time, I paid it off completely and took out a loan to have the replacement done. And by then, they told me the motor was discontinued and a rebuild would cost $10.000! After having paid for the car and the years of insurance when I wasn't even able to use it, I was finished. I asked them to buy it back from me, and was told to take it to CArmax, because KIA didn't even want to waste the money on such a lemon to repair and resell. Everytime over these years that I've tried to contact them to see if something could be found, I was on hold for so long I eventually just hung up and went to the dealership in person to ask. Even in the office they were never helpful! They basically admitted the car was garbage, not worth repairing, and that it was my problem, not theirs. More
