Went there for one of service packages, however my car is experiencing another issue. I explained this to the gentleman. Who checked me in that my car had to be driven to confirm what I was telling him abou experiencing another issue. I explained this to the gentleman. Who checked me in that my car had to be driven to confirm what I was telling him about the problem. When my car was finished, the rep said the mechanic didn’t see what I was explaining. I asked to speak to the mechanic and he said the same. I then asked if I could ride with a mechanic to point out was happening. From there I spent the next 7-10 minutes going back and forth with the rep. He kept saying, “even if there is a problem, we can’t take care of it today and I assured him repeatedly that I understood that, but could someone please just drive it on the lot and they could see what I was trying to explain to them. FINALLY, another mechanic (Miguel) was standing there and said “what’s the problem?” When I told him my request, he replied “I’ll do it.” How did the mechanic who serviced the car AND drove it across the lot, miss it? It was so obvious, because whenever the brakes were applied and released, the problem presented. What frustrated me is that the rep at the desk didn’t seem the slightest bit interested. He said well you can bring it back with an appointment. September 26th is the earliest! Over a month long wait. Very frustrating! More
