The staff, especially the young lady receptionist, are very rude and unorganized. After they had my car for several days I had to call to get a status. I when to the service department and told them one of my tires had a slow leak. It was the same tire they had repaired maybe 2 months ago. So they told me they were ordering a replacement tire and setup my tires had a slow leak. It was the same tire they had repaired maybe 2 months ago. Waited over an hour before they told me that they didn't order the tire. Why did it take that long. I will never know. That was poor customer service and no consideration for the customer or the customer time. Reported it to the manager on duty and I got the deer in the headlight look from him. More
I was waiting for at least 2 hours just to get my oil changed. I looked out in the parking lot and apparently my car had been done, for who knows how long, and they hadn’t come to get me from the lobby t changed. Ronald was excellent! When scheduling my appt I was told to plan on being there 4-8 hours. He ensured I was out in 2. They take the car in quickly for an appointment unlike other dealerships where you wait for days and weeks to get in turn around is just as quick as long as there’s nothing major.
