I happened to wake up with a cold that morning, but Earl was friendly and tried to make the process as quick as possible so I could get my much needed rest. He was knowledgeable in the vehicle I had chosen and friendly. He had us laughing while some of the paperwork came through so the process didn't feel painful at all. Salesman, Earl Ward phoned me and asked what vehicle I had in mind that I wanted. He took my personal information and proceeded to do more than I thought possible from his call. He responded back exactly when he promised with most of the business part of the deal already taken care of. I did not have a vehicle, and the salesman asked my schedule and arranged to have the dealership's company car pick me up. Long story short, I left driving a brand new vehicle! The transaction went smoothly and customer care - unknown to me from past experiences! All I needed to do was choose the vehicle color and test drive the vehicle. My financing was a WOW experience.
