Very unprofessional dealership. Salesperson kept talking negative about the way the dealership conducts their business. Credit application program did not work on their computers. Pushed to sign paperwork before finance could tell us what our payment options where. Very shady processes. Whole sales transaction took over 3 hours. Vehicle was certified used but after one week the headlights is out. Front fender is falling apart. Seal on sunroof is broke. More

Its pretty clean, they gave me an hour and a half estimate but it was more like 2 hours which wasn’t bad. The managers were nice and the technicians seemed savvy. Purchase 2018 Kia Stinger December of 2018. Beautiful car. Kia of Bowie sold me a car with possible hood damage. Never told me or list it. The rest of my car looks like it right of the showroom. reported 11/2024, 6/2024 2, My passenger side mirror stop working. Reported 06/2024. Kia of Bowie & Kia Customer service change employee often. Kia of Bowie & Customer Service will not stand behind there product. No one will respond. about the problems. Instead they keep contacting me to trade in and buy a new Kia. Nope my car is 95% almost paid for. and this is my dream car.Actually I would advise Dont buy a Kia. They do not represent there product , they just want your money. Hey Kia prove me wrong. More
