January 15, 2016, I started out looking for a used car and my experience with Kia in Bowie, MD was more than I could have asked for or thought I would receive. Salesman, Earl Ward phoned me and asked what vehicle I had in mind that I wanted. He took my personal information and proceeded to do more than I thought possible from his call. He responded back exactly when he promised with most of the business part of the deal already taken care of. I did not have a vehicle, and the salesman asked my schedule and arranged to have the dealership's company car pick me up. Long story short, I left driving a brand new vehicle! The transaction went smoothly and customer care - unknown to me from past experiences! All I needed to do was choose the vehicle color and test drive the vehicle. My financing was a WOW experience.
