All Around Great Service I had previously gone to another dealership and they were not friendly and kept shuffling me between people. The entire process was terrible. I happened to wake up with a cold that morning, but Earl was friendly and tried to make the process as quick as possible so I could get my much needed rest. He was knowledgeable in the vehicle I had chosen and friendly. He had us laughing while some of the paperwork came through so the process didn't feel painful at all.
