His customer service was terrible and the information he provided was not help The general manager of this establishment is completely unprofessional. His customer service was terrible and the information he provided was not helpful. He denied customers a print out of information that would be helpful towards making a decision in purchasing a car. The attitude he had towards the customers were also discriminatory, and I plan on taking this complaint higher. I do not recommend anyone purchasing a car from this establishment. More

Two Strikes Your Out!! Never Again!! Let me start by saying that I have NEVER taken the time to write a negative review. However.....This is by far the worse customer service that I have ever encountered at a dealership!! The last two vehicles that I have leased have been KIA Sorentos, which have been from different regions. I was excited to lease number 3. However, I was so turned off by the arrogant sales pitch, that I left determined to never go Kia again. To my error, I actually called them two weeks later to inquire about returning my lease. It literally took over 5 hours to get someone to answer the phone. Then the man that was being asked to get on the phone refused!! I could actually hear this rude employee "grumping" at the person trying to give him the phone. He kept refusing the call to answer my questions, stating for me to call back in two days. He kept saying tomorrow's Martin Luther King day and no one will be here to help. Again I pleaded to be able to just ask a couple of general questions. I could not believe that after spending over 5 hours to even get a human on the phone that no one would bother to Speak with me!! Really?! The call ended with me telling the poor person on the phone to forget it....I'll call another dealer to get the help I need. This dealership is definitely in need of professional development focusing on customer service!!! More

Terrible Support We purchased a 2017 Sorento from Bowie and have had terrible support from that moment. The departments do not work or communicate to each other, which resulted in a 6 hour delay. One receptionist was on her personal phone, while we were waiting for her to assist us (very unprofessional). I called for the new Service Manager and was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. They could have taken my name and number and returned my call when he was available. We do not plan to return to Bowie for our service. We are taking our vehicle to Waldorf instead. More
