I was very happy to purchase my Kia Optima. It is beautiful inside and out. The ride is so smooth and the features are so electronic/technical. They are truly compatible with someone like me who loves all things tech. There was a slight glitch in events and, though not the fault of the agency, Earl bent over backwards to make things work and assure a pleasant experience. I met Mr. Ward at a food court the day before I purchased my car yet I would not hesitate to recommend him and Kia to any of my friends and acquaintances. BTW, the rest of the team that I interacted with were gracious, courteous and eager to please. Trust me when I say you won't go wrong if you choose Kia the next time you think about buying a car.
