This experience by far exceeded my worst nightmare! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The salesman lied on multiple occasions from the trade in value prior to arrival, the price of the vehicles prior to arrival, a DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The salesman lied on multiple occasions from the trade in value prior to arrival, the price of the vehicles prior to arrival, and ultimately the final price which we realized during the paperwork process and assumed it was too late. Turns out there are multiple things wrong with the vehicle that were never disclosed. The oil was not changed and now I'm forced to already put tons of money into it after 1 month. Part of our loan included a check back to us. I had to contact the dealership multiple times just to receive it. Come to find out it had been written a few days after the purchase and sitting on desk, so after waiting one month to finally receive it, it was actually issued 1 month prior. They are extremely misleading and absolute crooks. Save your efforts and stress and travel as far as you must to never step foot into this dealership. More
Please, oh please do not buy ANYTHING from this dealer. I bought a KIA Soul in 2020. I bought the extended warranty package. Right after my husband was diagnosed with and died of esophageal cancer. So I bought a KIA Soul in 2020. I bought the extended warranty package. Right after my husband was diagnosed with and died of esophageal cancer. So two years later after his death I am going through papers. I can’t find the warranty contract. I call them and they said a mistake was made, the contract was never completed, and that they will refund my $3700. Well that was two months ago. I have worked with Donna, Taylor, George and Matt. Also Kia Consumer Affairs. I am no closer to a refund as I was two months ago. Two days ago, I as told a new warranty contract was made so the money could go somewhere. Uh, I didn’t sign any contract so that is fraud. One hint for you. They like to say they will absolutely call you back in two days, but they never do. Let’s stroll along to Service. They told me that if I get my regular service anywhere else, it void will my entire warranty. Two people told me. It is not only untrue (with one, also not mentioned, codicil). but it is against a federal law to tell that to your customers. They also told me that they have a young girl’s car, in service right now, because she used a Jiffy Lube filter and has $16,000 in repairs. Funny, I had the same pitch made to me when I bought the car, except it was the guy’s grandmother. Finally they are padding their services. They told me I needed a $250 service to my fuel injectors. The manual specifically says that the fuel injectors are built in, and only need to be checked if there is a performance problem. I complained about all of these things to a manager, and he said he would call me in two days. Ha ha. I love my KIA Soul. I love driving it everyday. But I would never buy one, from what I am going through now. Please, please save yourself and do not let your friends, family or anybody else use this dealer. More
THE ABSOLUTE WORST, FROM SALES TO SERVICE! This dealership was dishonest, abusive, manipulative and lacked credibility at every turn. They lied about features when I bought the car and called me a liar when I tried to speak to them about it. Even promised to call me right back and never did, while I waited in a rest area in the Dakotas. I never knew that a dealership could get away with charging $9000 over MSRP and just add extended warranty, for 6 grand, without even asking. I felt like a valued conquest, rather than a customer. Fast forward 3 months and my car starts misfiring. Our local and well thought of mechanic looked at it, checked codes, oil and looked for leaks. Oil was full with no leaks. They recommended that I tow the car for repairs. Matt, the service manager at Rimrock Kia then proceeded to try and make the car problems my fault - ranging from that I ran it out of oil and blew up the engine, and the fluids were spurting everywhere, three days after they told me they changed the oil, to he never said anything about changing the oil or it being out. Matt told me it was a quart low and that it wasn't spurting but gas was leaking into oil. No one can make this stuff up! I reminded him that the oil had been checked and he called my mechanic a liar and called me a liar more times than I can count. Matt took me back to the service area to prove my oil was low and come to find out, it was full and oil was very clean. Oh, but RW said he just added oil and did not change the filter. The oil was too clean for that - he was covering for Matt's lies. RW said he thought the engine was blown but by the end of the day he told me there was oil in my gas and that it would not be covered by warranty. Matt, the service manager NEVER called me to inform me of a diagnosis. I returned to dealership, 170 miles away, for a gas sample and a few days later was informed that I was kicked out of the dealership for entering the same service area they had taken me into. And, there were claims that I caused a disturbance and became argumentative. I recorded these conversations and it was Matt who was raising his voice, arguing with me and called me a liar. And, I recorded them taking me into service area.. They publicly maligned my character to several people. It took 3 weeks to get my car towed home and the tow driver that took it to the next dealership discovered very dirty oil in my car. You can guess how my oil went from super clean to very dirty in three weeks. It took 24 hours for the new dealership to discover that my engine (less than 10,000 miles) is blown and the car is covered under warranty. I have been without my new car for 7 weeks, paid thousands for a rental car while trying to keep up with huge payments due to the huge service warranty the dealership added to my contract. I haven't slept, have had my life torn upside down, my business nearly destroyed with loss of work and income, and spent way too many hours trying to prove to Kia Corp that I am not a liar! Now, on these reviews I see that this dealership routinely lies, calls their customers liars, and the only review they respond to is to suggest that the customer was so bad they had to call police. They do not take responsibility for their word or their actions and if you questions them, particularly if you are a single woman, they will become abusive and make false claims about you. If you value your peace of mind and a good car buying experience, do not buy from this dealership and beware of their service department. They would have been much further ahead by just treating me right and being honest, but now they get to deal with lawyers, Kia Corp and consumer agencies, along with these reviews. I forgot to mention that when I went to register my vehicle, Rimrock had not sent the paperwork to DMV. On top of that, they didn't pay off my trade in for 7 weeks after the deal and this resulted in my getting daily collection calls from the finance company, on a loan that never had one late payment! Rimrock could have cared less what they put me through and have consistently found ways to blame me for their actions, lies and incompetence. You don't want to go through this! More

The overvaulued the truck they sold me significantly . I contacted them directly to see if they would right their wrong and they said they would payoff the truck and get us into a vehicle we liked. We drove up and showed them the car we like on their sister lot marked for 28k. They then said ok and ran our credit without showing us any of the numbers. The banks were closed and they tried to get us to drive the other car home but we didnt feel comfortable doing that. We had to wait the weekend and when we called we were told we got denied because my credit dropped to much. Mind you it was still plenty good enough. Why it was denied was because they inflated the price of the car we were looking at from 28k all the way up to 42k stating it was the used car market. This dealership will scam you. The salesmen and staff are rude and pushy unless you are trying to get into a new kia. They will lie to you yo make a quick buck. Do not go here! More
This is the only Kia certified dealer in something like a 5 hour radius. If you have warranty work to do on your Kia this is the only place to go, and it is terrible. I took my car into their dealership on an 8:30 am appointment. The service member asked when I wanted it back and I responded I just wanted it fixed. I didn't assume that meant they were going to stick it on the backburner the whole day. I was told I'd get updates on the car throughout the day, I didn't get a single call. I called them at 4:30 and couldn't get an answer, I finally got a hold of sales who said they'd call back. An hour goes by and I hear nothing. I call back and finally get someone on the line. They say that it is "just now going to the back to be worked on." Why schedule appointments if they don't matter? My wife calls back and the guy tells her that they aren't working on our car that night but they'll start in the morning. We call back in the morning and we're told they aren't taking the car back yet. So we went from 8:30 am, to 5:30 pm, to the next morning, to... who knows when? Best part is, they didn't offer a loaner vehicle even when asked for one. We have one car, our Kia, so every time we need to go somewhere we have to Uber there, and that is at minimum a $20 round trip not including tips to the driver, but typically way more. If you're going to hold someone's car for more than a day give them a loaner vehicle. People have lives they need to live while the car is away. The service person let us know that they've had cars sitting in their shop for over a week. I'm not sure how that is supposed to muster confidence in them? More
