Worse experience I went to check for a vehicle and got lie of a great deal blah blah. They only took advantage of me been a female easy target to get her a loan. The finance was rushing me signing the documents and supposedly helping me have the best coverage. I thought it was already included Gap insurance. Once I got home read the contract and found out no. I been calling them for a month and never get a call back from Frankie. Worse service. Please read you contracts. Don’t let them fool you... worse service ever. More

Liars I went to Kia after hearing everything on the radio about no matter what you owe, we give up to $8000 , bring us your trade in. Bologna! Looking for a new car The whole buying experience was great at Kia of Bedford. When I pulled into the parking lot there were a couple sales guys waiting in the parking lot and I thought oh great hear we go, hounds, but it was nothing like that. Mike was very pleasant to deal with. He never pressured me into anything and welcomed my feed back on what I was looking for in a car. The whole experience was a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone. The other thing that was great was the time spent there, the whole process was a very quick and easy process from the time I pulled into the lot until I drove off the lot in my new car. More

Excellent, personal service I was having a problem with my check engine light. I made an appointment, but it went away by that time. After I cancelled the appointment, it came ba I was having a problem with my check engine light. I made an appointment, but it went away by that time. After I cancelled the appointment, it came back on. I stopped at the dealer and explained the situation to Mr .Mazzocco, who accepted my car for service. The Service Department resolved the issue, Mr. Mazzocco explained to me what work was performed and I was on my way. I will gladly return for my Soul'service in the future.
