I walked into Kia of Bedford after going to a Honda and Nissan dealership earlier that day. I was promptly approached (not bombarded) by Brandon Greene, whom would turn out to be the salesman I purchased m Nissan dealership earlier that day. I was promptly approached (not bombarded) by Brandon Greene, whom would turn out to be the salesman I purchased my 2012 Kia Optima from. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not the quintessential “snake in the grass” car salesman. After the test drive and a review of the Optima’s trim packages we started to talk numbers. Normally, this process is not very enjoyable, nor is the 2-3 different employees that approach you trying to throw loads of erroneous quotes/sayings around to lighten the mood. Brandon could see that I was comfortable dealing with him and chose to keep them out of my part of the negotiation. Brandon explored every rebate option and made his finance department crunch the numbers to fit my price range. A few days later I received a picture message the moment my Optima was rolled off the truck. I am very pleased with the service and honesty Brandon gave me. That is a very rare quality from a young car salesman. I personally recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car see Brandon Greene at Kia of Bedford. Sincerely, Tom Williams More
Tony Ivery is the man! His customer service is A1 he is highly dedicated and knowledgeable. I have bought 2 cars from him, and both experiences were top notch. I went on 04/14/2012 to see the car with the package I wanted, Edwaun could not find it and later came back stating that it was not at the dealership for the day? A manager walked over & asked if everything was going good while Edwaun looked for a similar package and I explained what was told to me. He came back and said the Head Sales Manager decided to take the car home for the weekend? So I was out of luck there. We found a model one step down but pretty much similar to what I originally wanted, we took it for a drive and went back in to do paper work. It was known that would not be putting money down due to my high trade value of my current vehicle. When Edwaun went to speak to manager it was overheard that basically they did not want to give me my full trade in value and they wanted $1,500 down. Edwaun came back and placed blame on CapitalOne Finance in which I already know that personally CapitalOne Finance doesn't require a down payment as I have been approved numerous times with them for new auto financing! So my experience was basic while visiting and overall very bad due to i'm assuming greediness of the dealer not wanting to be fair. More
I purchased a 2012 Sorento. After shopping around several different dealers, Kia of Bedford and salesman Joel Brown were able to find the vehicle package I wanted. The financing part had a few snags, however sales management corrected any issues and took care of all concerns. I feel I got the best deal possible and would recommend Kia of Bedford to everyone. This dealership treated me with respect and showed their appreciation for my business. I would definately recommend Kia of Bedford and will be a repeat customer. More
Plain and simple....contacted the dealership through the internet ...asked a few questions about the price and was given quick honest answers . My husband and I purchased 2 new cars - Kia Soul and Forte. The office staff mixed up the vehicle titles and dates for license renewal. Both of our names were on BOTH loans for the vehicles, yet - onl Forte. The office staff mixed up the vehicle titles and dates for license renewal. Both of our names were on BOTH loans for the vehicles, yet - only my husband's name was on the title. We tried correcting to no avail. My husband's birthday was in Sept - yet the Forte renewal was set for February - tried correcting - nothing happened - they even had the wrong county listed! We waited weeks for our license plates as well. My husband stopped by the dealership on numerous occasions, and even spoke with the manager. They just ignored us and our requests for corrections. When I called and spoke with office staff - they seemed completely overwhelmed, disorganized and continued to state that someone else must have processed our vehicles and they 'weren't sure what happened', nor did they seem to know what to do or care to do anything about it! I continue to be extremely frustrated with this situation. With my husband's passing it has been nearly impossible to get the vehicle in his name transferred to me - even though I am on the loan! This is beyond ridiculous! More
I authorized them to run my debit card on specific days. They didn't the ran it 2 wks later and the last payment was a whole month later. The manager TJ had a bad funky xxx attitude and tried to make it seem like this 3 time mistake was my fault. If I authorize u to run my card run it on that day NOT when u wanna run it. They lied and said the attempted to run my card several times and it was declined but the failed to call and inform me. They didn't offer me anything for my time and inconvience what they did was call bedford police on me and expect me to take a loss. I will NEVER tell anyone to go there and watch out for sales person Tony Ivery he will do anything for a deal including flirting and running game on females More
I was very pleased with my overall experience at Kia of Bedford, especially with my salesperson Tony Ivery. I spent a little more than I had planned to on my car, but I also have some features that I did not think I wanted originally that Tony told me I would grow to love and he was right, I love them all now. I love my 2012 Java Brown Kia Sorento, I get a lot a compliments on it and I just love it. I would recommend Tony Ivery and Kia of Bedford to all of my family and friends and anyone interested in a Kia. More
Do yourself a favor, and run to another Dealership as fast as you can. This Dealership is far from honest, plays with prices, and will do nothing but waste your time. If you tell them what you want in a vehicle, it will only be used against you when it's time to play the price game. I wasted two days with this Dealership because their far from honest. I was told on a Saturday from my sales person that if they agreed to my monthly payment will I take the car? I agreed, and came back the next day to sign the deal. Well, I drove 45 minutes only to be lied to. Once there, I waited over 30 minutes for my sales person to arrive(had a scheduled appointment)and when she showed up that's when the fun began. They took all of my personal information the day before, and all I needed to do was sign the deal that day. That's when it turned into a price game. My car payment went form $200 a month (agreed on), went to $250, and by the time the service manager was brought in to close the deal it sky-rocketed to $275 a month. The funny part was that they use the fact about how much you love the car, and how you have to pay for what you want. In my case, I never test drove the car because my mom bought one in December. This Dealership is out for every penny, do yourself a favor and buy your Kia from Halleen Kia (that's what I did), and get more car for the money. The follow up sales call from the dealership was a joke. They had the nerve to call me after trying to take my pocket-book for a ride, and playing the price game with me. The girl tried to turn everything I said into a joke. This Dealership doesn't get it, and doesn't deserve any business. More
