Kia of Bedford

I checked with Kia of Bedford on July 9, 2012 about a new Sorento. I ended up purchasing the vehicle at another dealership and sent the Bedford sales staff a lovely email thanking them for their help. It Sorento. It is now a month and a half later and they are STILL CALLING ME!!! I am sick of the calls asking me to buy a car. It's harassment and I have sent several emails asking them to stop. My advice, don't ask them anything unless you want to be hounded for months. More

I recently went to Kia of Bedford to look at a used car (2011 Forte). I can not begin to explain how great my experience was with this dealership was. This was my first time spending a considerable amount on a vehicle and i couldnt have been more comfortable during the process. D.T took care of the finance part and was very straight forward and literally made the whole process fun. Both of these gentleman took care of my family, while keeping my needs and considerations in mind the whole time. Will never buy a car anywhere else in the future, stand up individuals working here. I really appreciate the help Erwan Dacres and Tony Ivery gave me. I referred my sister to them and they were able to put my sister in a car. She was going thru a divorce and had no where to turn; and Mr. D gave me. I referred my sister to them and they were able to put my sister in a car.
