the buying expertise was not the best they were busy, they couldn't find the car that was on the net site. but the 108 days of getting a problem they caused and the unanswered phone calls, Is wow!!!. the they couldn't find the car that was on the net site. but the 108 days of getting a problem they caused and the unanswered phone calls, Is wow!!!. they had 7 days to correct this before the bank okd the load and didn't. took 101 days and me calling the bank and them and the service what ever company once a week trying to get some thing done, all the long the bank is charging interest on 2130.00 108 days later the bank receives 2000.00, two more calls to augur with 2 people to get my 130.00 tax money back on the 2000.00. the worst time in 40yrs buying cars. can not get one person to care. More
Our salesman, Kim was very friendly. He greeted us immediately upon arrival. After asking what we'd be interested in he showed us a few choices that would meet our needs. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Kias-something that we knew very little about, and was never pushy. Kim had a great personality and was very accommodating with my repeated trips outside to check out color choices. He really went the extra mile to help look for a car of my choice in the color that I preferred. It was an over all great experience! More

I have rated this dealership excellent due to the great service we received from Kim Young on our recent visit to KOB. We were welcomed immediately upon entering the dealership on a busy Saturday by Kim. He quickly determined what kind of product we were interested in buying or leasing. We sat down and reviewed what our needs and wants were regarding a new vehicle and Kim proceeded to show us several cars on the lot and explained the different trim levels available. We test drove a car and Kim explained several options on the model we were driving. We then went back to the office and worked up several quotes based on pricing options for various equipment packages. Kim took his time with us and made sure he listened to what our concerns were and what we wanted in the car. We selected an Optima in a color not in stock so Kim went to work to find the car we wanted from other dealerships. At the end of the day on Saturday we still had not confirmed a car in the color we wanted was available in the region. On Monday Kim called to say he had located a car but it was a demo with more mikes than we wanted to accept. My wife and I made an appointment to go back and visit with Kim to see what other options were available to us. We selected a different color and added some upgraded packages. Kim spent additional time with us making sure we knew how all of items worked in the new car and explained the various features of the new KIA and we drove it home! Could not ask for better service. Would buy from this dealer and salesman again when the need arises. More
Visited Kia of Bedford with the interest of leasing a Kia sorento. We walked into the showroom and were greeted by Jason Hahn who is a new car salesman who at first seemed very happy and helpful. We went out onto the lot to look at the sorento where he gave a demonstration of the vehicle. So far so good. We went back into the dealership where he sat us down at his desk and immediately began asking us for our information so we quickly replied with some basic information. Before long I realized that he was filling out a credit app on his computer with out first asking permission! We didn't even pick out a car! From then on he was very pushy and rude. There is no reason to fill out a credit application with out signing a buyers order or giving permission. We quickly caught on and denied to continue to fill out credit app since we weren't going to buy a car without first deciding what we were going to buy. From then on he was giving off the notion that he no longer wanted us there and we where very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. He is a typical slime ball car sales man! More
I Purchased my 2011 kia soul from this dealership 18 months ago. After a 1 year of having the car they started sending me mail of trading my car with the kia loyalty program. I explained that my situation or credit was not great and still the guy said to go that they would do anything.Results:emptyhanded...... excuse after excuse. Just today i went back because they would do something again and again just a bunch of CRAP..... STOPCALLING PPL AND MISLEADING THEM..... Yes they have really bad customer service. They would make u go down there even though you dont have chance to get a car. Im going to take my business some where else, i regret buying a car from this people. Dont waist your time. More
I first stopped in on a Sunday and after waiting over an hour, and them helping others that came in after me I left. They kept calling so I went back. They told me on the phone I was preapproved. I got there and the story change on the phone they stated as long as my income was 1400 a month I was good to go. Well after he came back he said let me show you a car that we can fit you in. The car was a HH3 or something and very ugly. First off if I had wanted a chevrolet I would have went to a Chevy dealer. Next they showed me a 2009 Rio that I said would work. After sitting there another two hours he said I found a car that will work. It was a 2007 Rio. I went out to look at it and the exterior was all scratched then I asked how many miles and he told me 86000. Thanks but no thanks. I have a 2007 Ford and the miles are no where near 86000.I told the salesman just to forget it, he said well lets see if there is anything else. After another 15 minutes he walked away and sent another salesman. This one ask about more money down. I finally got out of there after telling them I would see if I could come up with a bigger down payment. They saw that I was a woman alone and thought they could pull a fast one on me. I will take my buisness back to Brunswick Ford where in 2007 I was able to purchase two brand new cars and they treated me great. More
