So my logic said going to Kia would be the best bet. Since I was using a donut, KOB was my best option to avoid the highway. I didn't make an appointment of course, so I pulled up to the garage and beyond a couple people seeming a little confused by why I was coming there for just a tire, Eric was very nice and courteous when he helped me. I was in and out very fast and that was also a plus though I was expecting to be waiting a while even though it was just a tire since I didn't make an appointment. The cashier was also nice, and she engaged in conversation with me, and it's nice to see employees interact with each other in a fun way. So I was very pleased with the service. More

I've purchased/leased 6 cars from KOB over the past decade! Let me start off by saying that Edwaun is a pleasure to do business with. I never feel like he's trying to pull the wool over my eyes. He always gives me the straight business and I really appreciate that. He's the reason I continue to give my business to Kia Of Bedford. I'm pretty frugal when it comes to shopping and I do a lot of research before I make my purchase decision. Edwaun respects that and doesn't try to discourage open discussion. He has an uncanny ability to remember the tiniest of details. Honestly, he can remember a conversation with me that happened 4 years ago. I'm just one of his hundreds of customers. It's that attention to detail and the fact that he's so personable that makes him a great salesman. I've brought my screaming kids with me from time to time and he's always friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend him to any of my co-workers, friends and family. Poor Sales Practice/Service I was sold a 2004 Saturn Ion and feel that the dealership was aware of the issues with the vehicle. Before I took the vehicle off the lot, during the I was sold a 2004 Saturn Ion and feel that the dealership was aware of the issues with the vehicle. Before I took the vehicle off the lot, during the test drive; I informed the sales person that there was an issue with the front end and I would like it corrected before I took the vehicle. I received the vehicle January, 2013 with the assurance that the issue was corrected. The front end of the vehicle continued to knock and slide to one side when coming to a stop. I reported this issue again and took the vehicle on a test drive with the service manager Mike, on a ride along. The vehicle was serviced again. When I called back to report the vehicle was still sliding to one side during a stop and it needed a wheel alignment, nothing was done about this. During the following second week of owning the vehicle, my car would not start. I called in once more to ask if the tracker on the vehicle was having a problem and to find out if someone had disbable the vehicle. The dash board read, service vehicle. Once the car started, I did not hear from the dealership after this. I called and stated if I was having these issues already, I would give the vehicle back. This issue was never resolved. The same year (2013) I continued to have an issue with starting the vehicle, this began to happen everyday from October thru present. At that time , I owned the vehicle for all of nine months. I was told that it could be the starter or electrical system which was not covered under the warranty. Once again I stated they could have the vehicle back if this was to continue. This was never resolved. I called my financing company and was referred to another service station. My financing company helped more than the Kia dealership. Unfortunately, nothing was discovered. I began to notice that my vehicle was loosing gas, but there was not evidence of any type of leaking. A few months ago (2014), is when the news of the recall was announced. At this time, I feel that all the repairs that I've requested should have been honored at no cost to me because I have notified them (Kia of Bedford) of the continued issues with this vehicle since it was sold to me. I have not been offered any type of resolution that would be fair to me, as a consumer and the vehicle was sold to me with them having knowledge of all the existing issues. Including the recall, which GM just recently made public. Records show that this issue with the ignition has been existing since 2001, and this was kept from public knowledge. My vehicle is now being serviced by GM for this correction. Kia of Bedford continues to deny knowing the other issues existed. I was informed by GM that the gas line on this vehicle is totally rotted out! I should not have to pay for this huge oversight of Kia of Bedford. The resolution that they offer, is for me to pay for their poor practice of selling/reselling of unsafe vehicles. This is not acceptable or fair, nothing has been resolved by this dealership. I recently attempted to contact the service manager, Mike (7/01/14): I called 12 times. I was hung up on, sent to voicemail severel times, which stated, "This voicemail is full and could not receive any messages." I was then transferred to another extension and was able to leave a message. I called back and was told I could be given an estimate for repairs and I informed that person I should not be charged for any correction needed. In 18 months of having this vehicle and nothing has been resolved by this dealership, I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Kia of Bedford. More
Never ever ever again I will never in my life return or recommend this dealership to anyone. My credit was ran 9 times! That's ridiculous! If I couldn't get approved the first time I should've been asked if I wanted to keep going with the process. At that point I would've said no and gone about my day but my salesboy was pretty persistent on just trying to get me approved to make a quick buck. I did not see any cars prior to running my credit but, figured every place was different. I should've known better and gone somewhere where I've purchased before and I wouldn't have 9 hard inquiries on my credit report today. The salesboy came back wanting a $3000 down payment AND a trade in AND a cosigner and about a 24% interest rate for a 2005 Ford Taurus that apparently is ticketed at about $5,900. If I wanted a lemon I would've asked for one. Not sure how I came to Kia to get approved for a Ford but, that's besides the point. Being extremely confused and angry I went down the street to Tim Lally (2 minutes following being denied at KOB). I walked off their lot an hour later with a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic with 20 miles on it. I purchased that car with no trade in, no money down and no cosigner and a 2.9% interest rate. Then today, I receive an email to bring all kinds of things in for approval. Not sure what kind of financing you guys can help me with at this point but thanks for the offer. More

I would rate my overall experience a 10 with this dealership, all involved were so friendly and this was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I would encourage anyone looking to get into the vehicle of your choice, just give them a call or visit and the sales department and financing departments will get you financed with integrity.
