From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. The stellar service and friendly environment was topped with Mr. Trevor L. Rainey (Sales Consultant), who made my experience such a smooth transition into the world of cars. Overall, I would recommend Kia of Bedford to those women who have heard the horror stories of going to the dealership alone. We tend to think that we are targets for deception, but at Kia of Bedford you will find a family of a diverse group of men and women who's goal is to satisfy the customer. Kudos to Mr. Rainey; you changed my life. Your Valued Customer Ms. G;-) More

On my 2016 Kia under factory warranty he was trying to paddle $2500 repair "not covered by warranty" made up story that car had rodent damage...and could not produce I single sign to prove. When asked to see manager he produced "parts manager" who did not gave his name but told me he is in charge at dealership.... Avoid dealing with that dealership. More

very dissatisfied and disappointed We got approved three weeks ago for a vehicle drove off the lot happy to have a new vehicle only to get a call from the dealership saying the bank rev We got approved three weeks ago for a vehicle drove off the lot happy to have a new vehicle only to get a call from the dealership saying the bank revoked your loan now we need the car back and the only other option you have is a used 2011 manual soul.....for $25 less then a brand new car payment.....are you kidding me....only wasted 12 hours of my familys time from the day we supposedly got approved and drove off the lot and the day we went to go see about a different vehicle not to mention we were told to just drive the vehicle back there and don't bring another vehicle because they will make sure that we got approved for something... Then we don't take that offer and get told we have to pay for an uber to get home.....I have to say I would not recommend this dealer to anyone ever I will take my business else where from now on ....very unhappy with how it all turned out and still out a vehicle....... More

I received a text from someone In finance to come in and test drive a new car. I called the number back 2x and received no call back (this was a few months ago). A few weeks ago a young lady called me about coming in to discuss leasing another vehicle at which time I told her I would only deal with Jim (the manager). I was connected to his voice mail, left a message and was contacted in a timely manor. I explained what I was looking for and was told he would run some numbers and get back to me. Almost 2 weeks later the same young lady that initially called, called back to inquire about how things went with Jim when I told her he never returned my call and that I would go somewhere else she simply hung up on me. I called back to tell her that I work In customer service and that is no way to deal with someone, especially when you want their money. She said is that all I can do for you Ms. O'Neill and we ended the call. RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Needless to say I went to Preston Kia and was very pleased, that Is where I'll be going from now on... More
What is a word for worse than Terrible? My boyfriend and I stopped in to try to purchase a second vehicle for our family. We were met by a sales associate named Charlamagne (sp?). She seem My boyfriend and I stopped in to try to purchase a second vehicle for our family. We were met by a sales associate named Charlamagne (sp?). She seemed pleasant enough at first, until it came time to do the applications and credit checks. My boyfriend and I just have "us" and are on a fixed income. She asked us numerous times if we had any other money to put down. After responding time and time again, that no, we only have the money we brought, and no we do not have any other co-signers, once again, just "us". After the finance guy (who never came over to introduce himself or anything) did the credit checks she brought us a list of the 3 xxxxtiest vehicles on the lot. 1 of which wasn't too terrible but another sales associate was showing that vehicle at the same time and she didn't know if it was sold yet (lack of communication eh?) and told us to sit inside while we waited to see what the other people were doing. After 40 minutes she advised us that the vehicle had been sold. Asked us AGAIN if we had any other money or co-signers. Once we replied AGAIN that we do not. Thanked her for her time and left. Got 1/2 way down the road and discovered she never gave us back our drivers license, copies of paystubs, etc. I went back in, asked her for the documents back and she told me the finance guy has them (she could have taken the time to bring them to me or how about giving them back to me the first time?!) I asked the finance guy who just handed them to me without saying a word. We left, went straight to Tim Lalley Chevrolet and left in a new vehicle, within our budget and all around perfect for just "us". Today I received a follow-up call from Charlamagne asking if "anything had changed" AKA DO YOU HAVE MORE MONEY OR ANOTHER CO-SIGNER. I had to advise her that yes, something did change, we bought a vehicle from a dealership/sales associate that was wonderful and knew what they are doing. I would not recommend Kia of Bedford to my worst enemy. The sales people are the true definition of a "sales man". Just all about that $$$, no people skills and LAZY!! More
Pleasantly surprised I had an absolutely horrible experience here 5 years ago. I won't even go into details. Today I walked back in there, with an attitude, and was greeted by Tony Dardis. This guy did what no one else has been able to. He got me into the EXACT, brand new vehicle I wanted. I am now driving a 2015 Kia Soul. I will definately be going back when it's time to buy again. Thank you Tony for restoring my faith in Kia of Bedford!!!! More
