Honest, Friendly And Caring Dealership I bought a 2017 Sorento SX. They did not have the color Sorento that I wanted in stock. So my salesperson, Matthew Peticca talked to Zack Kraiszner an I bought a 2017 Sorento SX. They did not have the color Sorento that I wanted in stock. So my salesperson, Matthew Peticca talked to Zack Kraiszner and they found that exact car in Erie Pa. Zack asked me if I wanted that SUV for sure and shook my hand and said he'll get it for me. The next day they got the Sorento and I picked it up. Zack never asked me for my check book, he just wanted a handshake to get the car. Matt, my salesperson had all the paperwork ready for me and he sat in the car explained all the features of the car. He was very pleasant and informative. He makes you feel like you've known him all your life. This is the 3rd Sorento that I've purchased from Kia Of Bedford. The Service Advisors, Eric, Jim, and Greg all have been very easy to deal with and explain everything in an easy to understand way and are very honest to deal with. The car is always fixed right the first time, every time and always is washed and driven up to the door for me. The showroom and the restrooms are very clean all the time. The waiting area is very big and comfortable with free WI-FI and big flat screen tvs. In the almost 5 years that I've been dealing with them I've never had any problem with this dealership. I recommend this dealership very highly! The free coffee and popcorn are good too! More
Ripped off at Kia of Bedford DO NOT do business with this dealership! They are running a scam. They talked me into a bumper to bumper warrantee for what I was told was for 63 mont DO NOT do business with this dealership! They are running a scam. They talked me into a bumper to bumper warrantee for what I was told was for 63 months or 100,000 miles. This was at an extra cost of $3000. I looked over the paperwork a couple weeks later while I was at the notary to get plates. Written in small print it states the warrantee is only for 48 months! I called the dealership and I was told that they never said that and it was just a communication error. I uttered quite a few choice words to these thieves and hung up. They then called me back and promised to extend the warrantee to 60 months and I would have the paperwork in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have nothing and the warrantee was never extended. These are some sleazy people to deal with. They tell you whatever it takes to get your money and then they play a shell game with the paperwork. I will never again do business with Kia of Bedford. I recommend that you don't either. They are nothing special, just thieves. More

Spot Delivery Scam I recently went to Kia of Bedford to purchase a car. I put down $1,500 and was told I was approved for a 2017 Kia Forte. I paid a car note to Kia (not I recently went to Kia of Bedford to purchase a car. I put down $1,500 and was told I was approved for a 2017 Kia Forte. I paid a car note to Kia (not the bank) and in April I wa told the bank denied my loan and I had to immediately return the car. Humiliated and confused I returned the car. They put me in a 2012 Dodge Journey and required me to put down an extra $500. When I asked if I could get my money back for the car note I was told no, the bank would not allow it, but I never paid the bank I paid Kia. After one week of having the Dodge Journey it began having extreme mechanical issues. I took it to Kia they kept for a couple of hours and told me to come get it because they fixed all issues. When I asked for the paperwork they said they mailed their only copy to me (still haven't received it). I asked to speak with the general manager multiple times and each time they gave me a different person. I still haven't received my money and I'm left with nothing. It may not matter to some but I have a child, I saved that money and I trusted Kia. This has been confusing, humiliating, and troubling. I just want answers, I have been taken advantage of and I truly believe other people, especially women and new buyers should be aware of this issue. After much research I found that Kia of Bedford is known for many awful things and should he exposed of it. They lied to the bank saying I put down $4,500 and that I made much more than I told them. When the bank figured that out it ultimately led to them denying the loan. It's not fair to me, I told them my information and for them to alter it to get a sale hurts me in the long run. My hopes is that eventually something is done and it doesn't happen to anymore people. More
