I felt pampered I had my engine light come on. I just drove to the dealership. They took me immediately. Gave me a water while they investigated. A young lady gav I had my engine light come on. I waited less than i thought i had for an oil change. The valve was changed and my car washed and i was escorted to my car. An extremely pleasant experience. More

Kia of Bedford took our information, tailored multiple approaches that would allow us to evaluate purchasing used vs. new and gave multiple options that were within striking distance of our budget. At the end of the day, Kia of Bedford walked us through the numbers and put us in a position to make a decision that was best for us. I would recommend working with this team for this simple fact alone. More

I have always owned high end cars so you expect that type of service. Not to say that Kia is not high end but you know what I mean. Caddy and Benz and so on. But I enjoy my Kia just like a Caddy. Couldn't Have Been Better Service person was waiting when I dropped off my car. Inside, walked right up to counter. Light maintenance was recommended. Everything was explained. I received a phone call when service was completed. Again, walked right up to counter to pick up my car. Service rep went over all that was done, walked me to payment desk and car. Removed service number from mirror, plastic from seat and paper mat from floor and handed me two cookies to go. Couldn't have been better. More

I was greeted promptly by Jim Ozello, provided several service options with no pressure to do this or do that, and then delivered my vehicle a half hour before it was promised. He even noticed a coupon sitting in my car and applied it to the transaction without my request. The service at KOB has always been good; Jim stepped it up a notch today. Really appreciate that!!
