They added my signature to a final invoice but didn't do correct repairs. I called in looking for a car and got the pleasure of speaking with Gabrielle. She was so polite and patient and she gave me all of the information that I needed. The only downfall :( with my experience was when I spoke with the sales manager Aaron. He was very rude, didn’t listen, kept cutting me off, then proceeded to tell me I was cutting him off. He spoke so highly of hisself that he didn’t take the time to hear the little questions I had about the vehicle. I understand that everyone had a job to do but on customer service rudeness isn’t it. But Gabrielle, or Gabbie as she said I could call her, turned it all back around when she called to confirm my appointment. She turned my opinion of shopping with Kia of Bedford around. More

They lie. When I bought my 2016 Kia Serento in September of 2022 the dealership never mentioned that there was a TickTok video showing how to drive these vehic When I bought my 2016 Kia Serento in September of 2022 the dealership never mentioned that there was a TickTok video showing how to drive these vehicles without a key (an invitation for theft). At the time of my purchase they had hundreds of cars on their lot in need of repair because of theft or attempted theft. In December of 2022 my car was added to the list of the multiple Kia thefts apparently taking place across the nation. Omission of the truth is a lie. Because they deliberately kept this valuable information from me, they left me vulnerable and eliminated my choice to protect my 25,000 dollar investment. I understand that Kia of Bedford is a business but shady business practices should never be acceptable. Lying to the customer and covering up things just to make a sell is despicable. They seriously lack integrity. Had they been upfront about their problems regarding these vehicles I still mostlikely would have purchased, anyway because I like the car. I just would have invested in a steering wheel lock and perhaps a car alarm or maybe just installed a push button starter but they took that option away from me, costing me a 1000 dollar deductible, in the name of what was in their best interests. Needless to say the installation of a car alarm, steering wheel lock and/or push button starter would have cost me a few hundred dollars less than the deductible. In my opinon, these things should be offered and paid for by Kia for every customer purchasing their older key start models. But since it was not and will never be, the right thing to do would be to recall every last vehicle that is at risk and fix the problem or trade the car free of penalty for a newer version that is not as at risk.. Would this put them in financial jeopardy? Probably. But as I mentioned previously, this business lacks integrity and they really do not care about the customer. I am sitting currently in their customer service lounge as I write this. I am waiting for a service I was initially told the price was going to be 40 dollars but because they lie excessively, the price was boosted to 68 dollars and some odd cents when I arrived. I am going to find a way to trade this SUV, that will not destroy me financially and tell everyone I know not to deal with, not only Kia of Bedford, but Kia period... and I am seriously thinking of suing. More
Car has been in the shop for five days and nobody has contacted me on what’s going on ! When I call to ask what is going on and to get a rental car Through the dealership because it’s cheaper,nobody ca contacted me on what’s going on ! I still don’t know if my car is in for a recall or some other problem occurred. They’re being pretty hush-hush about it. Also I was never contacted about this so called recall that has left me without wheels. More
