The service department lacks communication skills! I discussed with Mauricio, but failed to see his own short comings & those of his department. I've just had to many problems with this dealership as a whole. I know people are short handed but when you have no loaner cars for months at a time after needing to keep someone's car for an extended perio whole. I know people are short handed but when you have no loaner cars for months at a time after needing to keep someone's car for an extended period for a FULLY WARRANTIED repair that's not fair. Most recent issue, I had a full engine replacement and now they are possibly suggesting new spark plugs at the next service. How is that possible with 12,000 miles on the new engine? Sadly I have a lack of trust in this location. More
