Kia of Attleboro - Service Center

I booked appt online but due to covid virus their hours were shortened and I didn’t know my 3 pm appt was not available. When I told the service girl at the desk that I was moving to Florida that night and were shortened and I didn’t know my 3 pm appt was not available. When I told the service girl at the desk that I was moving to Florida that night and I had already rescheduled this twice and was almost in tears because it needed to be done ASAP, she spoke to someone in the garage who was willing to stay and do my oil change and tire rotation for me. They went out of their way to help me and I was so grateful! More

Just very disappointed and dissatisfied with service. Tires weren’t aired. My stick has the wrong #s on it: my dash service wasn’t updated. The experience has been positive so far. Had to wait 1 1/2 for an oil change. Sales + finance service were both very professional. Fantastic service department! Jason and Andy were so helpful and Devyn did an amazing job getting my car in and out as fast as possible.
